Shipping and Handling for continental United Stated.
Please contact us for actual shipping charges on orders over $200. If you wish to make other arrangements for shipping (i.e. If your order is time sensitive or have other courier arrangements), please call us at 1-800-363-7709, or send us an email and we will gladly assist you.
Your order to a physical address within the 48 contiguous states will normally be shipped within 24 hours of placement. Standard shipments will be delivered within 5-7 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will not be shipped until the following business day.
Shipping Internationally? Shipping charges for International Orders vary greatly. Please send us an email info@ArtMaterialsonline.com with the items that you are interested in buying, your address, and the destination country. We will email back information on ordering, including shipping and handling charges. The recipient is responsible for any taxes, duties, or brokerage fees. These cannot be estimated prior to shipping. Please note that Pleasant Words and Art Materials does not accept returns on international orders.
Drop Ships **On occasion, items may ship directly from the manufacturer. Drop shipped orders may be subject to additional fees if shipped is expedited. You will be notified via email if your order is to be express shipped from another warehouse.
